Setup

Coming soon. A Zoho administrator will authorize the Orvexa AI server application with organization-specific OAuth scopes.

Zoho uses regional API domains. Orvexa AI will store the organization-specific region and encrypted refresh token server-side.

Matching records to patients

Linked by the CRM record ID. Orvexa AI can suggest a match from email and clinic identifiers, but staff confirm the link.
