Setup

An owner or admin creates an API key in Cliniko (My Info → Manage API keys) and pastes it here.

Read-only key recommended. Rate limit 200 requests/minute; no webhooks, so we poll.

Matching records to patients

Linked by the vendor's patient ID. First link is suggested from name + date of birth + email and confirmed by staff.
