Generate a report
The Reports page builds one clinician-reviewable PDF from a published template, a patient, a reporting period, and the sources that template requires.
- Choose the published template first because it determines every later field.
- Choose or enter the patient and verify identity before adding files.
- Set the period to the dates the report should summarize.
- Build the review preview before approval.
Source data and uploads
Automatic data uses a recent synchronized record when available and otherwise retrieves current data from the connected source. Synced-only and live-only modes let the provider choose a stricter behavior.
Uploaded PDFs are read to suggest measurements. A provider must compare every suggested value with the original PDF. One upload represents one measurement date, and attaching a PDF to the appendix does not make its extracted values automatically correct.
- Never upload a document until the patient is selected.
- Confirm the patient name and date of birth on every file.
- Correct or remove any suggested value that does not match the source.
- A missing value appears as Not available rather than being invented.
Reporting period
The period controls which dated records and uploaded measurements are eligible for the report. It does not rewrite the source record. Use the clinic's intended clinical interval, not simply the day the report is generated.
Review, approval, and history
Orvexa AI prepares a draft, but a healthcare provider makes the clinical decision. Review the patient, source, missing-information notice, clinical input, calculations, and wording before approval.
Approving creates the downloadable PDF and records the run. When a connected system supports chart filing, use the filing action only after confirming the downloaded report is the correct final version.
- Refresh the preview after changing clinical input.
- Treat every Not available value as a conscious review item.
- Use Report history to find prior runs and their outcome.
- Regenerate rather than manually editing a downloaded PDF outside the controlled workflow.
