Getting started

Set up a clinic, invite the right people, connect a source system, and generate the first report.

In the clinic app. Create the clinic, then use the Dashboard checklist: Team, Integrations, Templates, and Reports.

Written for new clinic teams.

Next: Learn the clinic app

1. Create the clinic workspace

The first person who creates a clinic becomes its owner. The clinic workspace holds its members, integrations, report templates, branding, plan, and activity records.

Use the clinic's legal or operating name. Keep each real clinic in its own workspace so patient links, credentials, and reports never cross clinic boundaries.

  • Confirm the clinic name and your own provider designation.
  • Turn on the required sign-in verification.
  • Open Settings and confirm the clinic details before inviting the team.

2. Invite the team

Choose roles based on responsibility, not seniority. Owners control the clinic account. Admins manage operations. Healthcare providers review and approve clinical reports.

  • Invite at least one backup owner or admin.
  • Only mark a member as a healthcare provider when they are responsible for clinical review.
  • Review Team activity after role or membership changes.

3. Connect a clinic system

An integration supplies patient identity, appointment, form, assessment, or measurement data. The exact fields and connection method depend on the product.

  • Open Integrations and choose the clinic's source system.
  • Read the requested permissions before entering credentials.
  • Confirm that the connection says Connected, then review Sync activity for the first run.

4. Publish a template and generate the first report

A report can only use a published template. Start with one report type, confirm its approved fields and design, then publish it for providers.

  • Create or open a template and finish every required item.
  • Use Sample PDF to check the layout without patient data.
  • Publish the template, open Reports, choose a patient and period, review the draft, then approve the PDF.
