Included report allowance

Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of completed report generations. The allowance is a capacity limit for the clinic, not a per-user limit. The billing screen shows the active plan and current account state.

Usage and overages

Monthly plans charge CAD 1.00 for each completed report over the monthly allowance. Annual plans keep the annual subscription cadence but charge surplus usage monthly at CAD 0.50 per completed report.

Only completed billable generations count toward usage. A failed request should not be treated as a completed report. Review invoices when measured usage differs from the clinic's report history.

Checkout, invoices, and failed payments

Owners and admins start checkout and manage the clinic plan. Stripe creates subscription invoices and any monthly metered-usage invoice. A blocked billing state prevents final report generation until an authorized clinic administrator resolves the account.

  • Confirm the plan and billing cadence before checkout.
  • Use the billing contact intended to receive invoices.
  • Do not enter card details anywhere except the Stripe-hosted checkout or billing portal.
  • Contact support with the clinic ID and invoice ID, never full card details.
