Sign in safely
Use your own clinic account and work email. A successful sign-in returns you to the requested protected page when that destination is safe, or to the Dashboard otherwise.
- Do not share passwords or verification codes.
- Confirm you are entering credentials on the Orvexa AI domain.
- Sign out before leaving a shared device.
Two-step sign-in
The verification step protects access to clinic and patient information. A recent verified sign-in can be reused for up to two hours, so an active user is not repeatedly asked to enter another code during that window.
- Use only the newest code sent to you.
- Never send a code to support or another team member.
- If a code does not arrive, confirm the email address and request a new code once before escalating.
Accept a clinic invitation
An invitation connects your individual account to one clinic workspace. Verify the clinic name and intended role before accepting. If the clinic is unfamiliar, stop and contact the person who invited you.
Reset a forgotten password
Request a reset from the sign-in page, open the newest reset message, and choose a strong password not used elsewhere. Older reset links can stop working after a newer request.
- Do not forward the reset message.
- Return to the sign-in page after completing the reset.
- If you did not request a reset, do not open the link and notify the clinic owner.
When a session expires
Orvexa AI ends an inactive clinic session after two hours. Sign in again to continue. Saved clinic information is not changed when the local session ends.
Report a problem
Give support enough context to reproduce the problem without exposing patient content or secrets. Include what you were trying to do, the page, approximate time and timezone, the visible status or non-sensitive error, and whether retrying changed the result.
- Include the clinic ID when available, but no patient names or dates of birth.
- For integration problems, include the integration name and sync event time, never its credentials.
- For billing problems, include the invoice ID, never card details.
- For report problems, include the template name and run time, not the report PDF.
